The Carhartt Sheffield Jacket is a fully lined jacket made with Bedford cotton construction making the jacket very hard wearing, New in for Autumn 2013, the jacket features quilted and padded sleeve lining and warm pile lining in the body and collar. The jacket also features a small military logo patch, two front pockets and a small throat strap.
Yes it is safe to order online, our system uses the industry standard security technology. This means that, the details you log will us can only be accessed via a securely hosted server.
Over the busy Christmas period please make sure you leave plenty of time for your order to be delivered. To receive your delivery before Christmas day please make sure you place your order by 1pm on Friday 19th of December. If you live outside of the UK then the last order date for Christmas delivery will be Friday 12th of December. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that any orders placed after these dates will be delivered by December 25th. However we will continue to ship any orders placed after these dates, and will try our very best to get them to you as soon as we can. Please note that our courier service will not deliver or collect any parcels on Christmas day or Boxing day, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
Extended Christmas Returns.
Any unwanted or incorrect Christmas gifts purchased between the 1st November 2014 and the 25th December 2014 must be returned to us by Thursday 8th January 2015 (14 days after Christmas). Standard Terms and Conditions apply, please see below.
We offer four UK delivery services, Express Delivery, Next Day by 1pm, Saturday Delivery by DPD and Sunday Delivery by DPD.
Express delivery is a next working day service depending your delivery address. The majority of orders will be sent with DPD and you will receive an automated text or email with the details of your delivery.
If your delivery address is in either Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Channel Islands, offshore or a Northern Highland destination, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and may take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Our second delivery option is Next Day by 1pm. This service covers 99% of the UK and is for customers who need to guarantee that their order will arrive by the next working day, not Saturdays. It is only available Monday - Thursday before 1pm. Please note, this service does not cover all areas of the UK, please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
Our third option is Saturday Delivery by DPD, this service is for customer who wish to receive their items on a Saturday. This is only available for customers in Mainland UK and in the areas that DPD deliver to. If you are unsure, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to place your order by 1pm on a Friday.
Our fourth option is Sunday Delivery by DPD, this service is for customer who wish to receive their items on a Sunday. This is only available for customers in Mainland UK and in the areas that DPD deliver to. If you are unsure, please contact us at email@example.com. You will need to place your order by 1pm on a Friday.
We deliver to the following European countries, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands and the Republic of Ireland. We use DPD's Classic service which can take up to seven working days. If you place an order we will need a contact number to process your order, please ensure you fill this out at the checkout.
Due to Barbour's distribution regulations Barbour products are only available to customers in the UK any orders placed outside of the UK will be cancelled. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to forwarding addresses or drop boxes as we need to track our items until their final destination.
How much is delivery?
All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day, orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the next working day, usually the following Monday. There will be a small delay on Bank Holidays.
Please remember that all deliveries must be signed for, so please select an appropriate delivery address. We do not ship to forwarding or drop box addresses.
Pre order information.
If you buy something on 'pre order' your payment will be taken and your order will be dispatched as soon as the item arrives we will dispatch your order.
If the items do not arrive you will be refunded in full.
Customs and Import Taxes.
Any items outside of the EU and the Channel Islands may have to pay customs and import taxes when the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control on the charges and we do not know what they will be. Customs policies vary from country to country so we suggest that you check with your local customs office, this way you will have a rough idea what your charges will be.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple steps to return the item.
• The item or items must be returned to us in their original condition complete with labels still attached within 14 days of receipt.
• Package the item securely.
• Post the item using a delivery service that insures the full value of the goods and requires a signature upon delivery – e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
• Send the item to: Pavilion Clothing, 3 Wharton Street, Cardiff, CF10 1AG.
• After satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales vary depending on method of payment – please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
• If you want to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and re-order through the site.

Who pays for return postage?
You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item to us. If you are returning an item for a refund we will refund you MINUS our original delivery cost and will not reimburse the cost of you returning the item to us.
You are able to exchange your unwanted item at the store. You will need to bring a copy of the invoice with you. If you would like a refund, the sales advisor will make a copy of your invoice and pass your request to the returns team. Your refund will be refunded via your original payment method.
