In 1952 Nathan Swartz, a shoe maker bought half of The Abington Shoe Company. In 1973 The Abington Shoe Company became Timberland, a company that had focused on developing leather, waterproof boots. Throughout the 1970’s and 1980’s Timberland became extremely popular and Timberland developed their products introducing boat shoes and a ladies collection. Our collection of Timberland shoes at Pavilion Clothing includes boat shoes, work boots and chukka boots.
